I’m a number cruncher at heart. I love working with clients to devise strategies to help them attain the lowest legal tax liability possible and enjoy working on various types of tax returns.
I’m an Enrolled Agent and tax accountant with over 20 years of experience, specializing in business and personal taxes. I joined KT in 2009, and have developed specialties in advising clients on the advantages and disadvantages of various business structures available and assisting with IRS issues, such as audits and letters. I also work with Welfare and Pension Benefit filings. As a Tax Manager, I conduct detailed reviews of tax returns and oversees various office projects.
My passion is helping my clients achieve the best possible tax results and I strive for honesty in all things. I try to treat people the way I would like to be treated. Every situation is different, and I truly enjoy getting to know people to determine their best course of action. I like knowing that at the end of the day, I can look in the mirror and say to myself, “I did the best that I could!”

Personal
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family. I have two adult daughters, Amanda and Cassandra. Amanda is married and has three of the most amazing children I’ve ever known. They are Amara, Kal, and Spencer. They are full of energy, lively and fun. They truly help keep me young.
I love to read and play games of various types, such as computer and board games. I also like to hike in the beautiful Black Hills. I enjoy traveling, both in and out of the United States. I’ve been to 36 of the 50 states and five foreign countries. I hope to one day be able to claim all 50 states in my travels! Greece and Ireland remain at the top of my “must revisit” list.
The IRS thinks it is all theirs. My job is to make theirs less.
