Internship applications are posted in August for the following busy season and summer. Fall internships are posted in April for the same year.

Business Accounting Internships
When
- Busy Season
December – February - Summer
June – July/August
What to Expect
- Assist a large client with the preparation and distribution of their W2s (Spring only).
- Work with a small business to provide payroll services including submission of payroll taxes.
- Prepare the daily bank reconciliations for a large company.
Requirements
Intern applicants must be seeking an associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
Audit Internships
When
- Spring Semester
February – March - Summer
May – August - Fall Semester
September – November
What to Expect
- Attend planning meetings with your audit team before going to a client’s place of business.
- Prepare the inventory section of an audit for a company.
- Work with your audit team to prepare the finalized report for a board meeting.
Requirements
Intern applicants must have completed intermediate accounting (preferred) and are in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
Tax Internships
When
- Spring Semester
February – March - Summer
May – August

- Preparation of individual and business tax returns
- Job shadowing
- Attend a client meeting
- QuickBooks experience
- Training opportunities
- Interaction with fellow coworkers

Fall recruitment application process for students seeking internships or full-time positions:
- The firm will post internship and full-time position information on designated college career services websites and on our website in mid-August.
- Students are encouraged to attend our campus events. See the Internship page for details.
- If you are interested in an internship or full-time position, make sure to submit your cover letter, resume, and unofficial transcripts. Students can submit these documents either at one of our campus events, via our website, or via their school’s career services department. If your school has a set process for applying for accounting internships and full-time positions, please follow that process.
- All interviews will be conducted during September and the first weeks of October. Interviews will be conducted on campus or in-person when possible but may be conducted virtually.
- The firm will make all offers for internships and full-time positions by mid to late October.
