Tuition Reimbursement

Define Your Workday

Three Options

At KT, our work model includes three ways of working: virtual, hybrid, and in-person. You can live anywhere within the Continental US and work for KT. Professionals selecting a virtual role will work primarily remote unless they need to attend the office or a client location for a meeting or event.


Individuals who work remotely will work from their home. KT has a great IT Team to provide the best technology to do our jobs. Don’t worry about getting to know your co-workers as we have activities and technology resources to build connectivity.


A hybrid option is a combination of in-person and virtual. You’ll split time at a KT office or a client site and virtually the remainder of the time. Individuals on a flex team will prioritize a portion of their in-person time for collaboration, problem solving, team building, coaching, and other work-related events.


If you crave in-person connection and coming into the office, KT has three great locations.

Path to Partner – KT offers the flexibility to choose your path. While some enjoy the fast track to partner others may enjoy taking the scenic route. Not everyone wants to or is meant for the partner path. The KT leadership team can help mentor you for whatever path you envision for yourself.

Interesting Work – Accounting careers may be full of routine and consistency but they’re also filled with change and challenges. The busy time of the year for our accounting services department is in the Quarter End months, the busiest being January. The tax department is the busiest for the 13 weeks leading up to the tax deadline, and the audit department has a constant ebb and flow of work.

No matter the department you choose, you will be helping clients with their financial health. It is very rewarding to hear a client tell you how you’ve impacted their life.
